HR Assistant

What we are looking for:

  • Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the same level.
  • Must be knowledgeable in all facets of human resource.
  • Must have good communication skills, interpersonal and excellent in decision making.
  • Computer literate
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable in preparing and delivering various HR reports.

What are the key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Oversees recruitment process from sourcing of applicants up to deployment of newly hired employees and serves manpower requirements with regard to the cycle time standards.
  • Ensures compliance of all employees to the code of discipline and standard operating procedure of the department and facilitates disciplinary actions to erring employees.
  • Facilitate training and development as needed.
  • Organize company activities such as Team building, Anniversary, Christmas party, etc.
  • Responsible in collating and checking of employees’ 201 file, ensuring to protect its confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Ensures compliance of all employees to the code of discipline and standard operating procedure of the department and facilitates disciplinary actions to erring employees.
