What we are looking for:
- Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the same level.
- Must be knowledgeable in all facets of human resource.
- Must have good communication skills, interpersonal and excellent in decision making.
- Computer literate
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in preparing and delivering various HR reports.
What are the key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Oversees recruitment process from sourcing of applicants up to deployment of newly hired employees and serves manpower requirements with regard to the cycle time standards.
- Ensures compliance of all employees to the code of discipline and standard operating procedure of the department and facilitates disciplinary actions to erring employees.
- Facilitate training and development as needed.
- Organize company activities such as Team building, Anniversary, Christmas party, etc.
- Responsible in collating and checking of employees’ 201 file, ensuring to protect its confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Ensures compliance of all employees to the code of discipline and standard operating procedure of the department and facilitates disciplinary actions to erring employees.
