Cash On Delivery (COD)
- Select Cash on Delivery on the payment options.
- Please double check your shipping address, as it may cause delay, returned orders or failed delivery.
- Once order is confirmed and approved, it will be scheduled for pickup. Pickup is usually next working day.
Bank Deposit / Online Transfer
- Select Bank Deposit on the payment options.
- Please deposit your payment to any of the following bank accounts:

- Once payment has been made, please send us an e-mail at customer.care@albertoshoes.com.ph to confirm payment. Please include a picture or screenshot of your deposit slip or online payment.
Credit Card (using PayPal)
- Select PayPal on the payment options.
- After clicking “Complete order”, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely.
- If you do not have a PayPal account, click Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card
GCash
- Select GCash on the payment options.
- Tap on 'Pay QR' then tap 'Scan QR Code', or simply swipe left on the home page.
- Align your phone's camera at the Alberto GCash QR code to scan it. Wait for the next page to load.
- Enter the amount you have purchased in the Payment screen and tap 'Next'.
- You will see your in-app receipt on the screen. An optional feature is the download button on the upper right hand side, which allows the receipt to be saved as a photo in your phone's gallery.
- An SMS from 2882 will be sent to both the customer and merchant, serving as their SMS receipt.
- Change of mind is not entitled for a return and exchange of the item.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@albertoshoes.com.ph. Kindly include a photo of the damaged item as well.
- Item must be returned and exchanged within seven (7) days from date of received. Please ensure that the item/s are in good condition.
- Once return and exchange is approved, original receipt must be presented as proof of purchase at our physical store nearest you.
- If the replacement of the same item is not available, we will suggest for a refund or new item with the same price point with similar style. Email will be sent to you for approval.
- Return and exchange will not be accepted on any items without the original tags. Original tags should have not been used, washed, stained or damaged due to improper use or mishandling.
- Customer will be accountable for the shipping cost of the package once the customer purchased the wrong item, size and style.
