Return Policy

  1. Our return policy applies to items purchased online and delivered within the Philippines, within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@albertoshoes.com.ph. Kindly include a photo of the damaged item as well.

  3. Ensure the item is in its original condition, with original packaging, tags, and original receipt attached.

  4. Once return and exchange is approved, original receipt must be presented as proof of purchase at our physical store nearest you.

  5. If the replacement of the same item is not available, we will suggest for a refund or new item with the same price point with similar style. Email will be sent to you for approval.

  6. Return and exchange will not be accepted on any items without the original tags. Original tags should have not been used, washed, stained or damaged due to improper use or mishandling.

  7. Returns are free if the product received is incorrect or defective; otherwise, the customer will shoulder the shipment fees.

  8. Returns that do not meet our policy will be returned to you at your cost.
