1. Change of mind is not entitled for a return and exchange of the item.
  2. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customer.care@albertoshoes.com.ph. Kindly include a photo of the damaged item as well.
  3. Item must be returned and exchanged within seven (7) days from date of received. Please ensure that the item/s are in good condition.
  4. Once return and exchange is approved, original receipt must be presented as proof of purchase at our physical store nearest you.
  5. If the replacement of the same item is not available, we will suggest for a refund or new item with the same price point with similar style. Email will be sent to you for approval.
  6. Return and exchange will not be accepted on any items without the original tags. Original tags should have not been used, washed, stained or damaged due to improper use or mishandling.
  7. Customer will be accountable for the shipping cost of the package once the customer purchased the wrong item, size and style.
